As part of a retained search recruiters will arrange for an initial face-to-face meeting with you to determine specific job requirements and to determine the best match for your organization's culture and environment.
A specific plan of action is developed utilizing a detailed industry and position profile. From this, our recruiters will conduct extensive research, source for top talent, and match the best people to your organization.
In providing retained services, a portion of the fees are paid up-front to perform the specific search. Additional portions of the fee are paid within 30-60 days of the start of the search with the balance paid shortly after the candidate begins employment with your organization.
