Craig Wilson, CFSP (Certified Food Service Professional) has spent a career in business start-ups, acquisitions, and globalizing commercial and industrial equipment and supplies businesses. He has personally visited 67 countries and flown over 2 million miles in his career, mostly developing markets for fast food equipment distribution.
His prior business credits include President/CEO Rational USA, VP Corporate Development--The Middleby Corporation, and the NAFEM Board of Directors. Craig has owned the Manufacturing Industries Group recruiting business of American Recruiters since 1999, and has been the number one producer and number one franchisee since 2001.
Craig has a BSME from Northwestern University, plus an MBA in marketing from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business, Northwestern University. Craig’s professional affiliations: Treasurer, Chicago Stages Festival.
